Recently someone told me that a health guru was saying that “a treat is a cheat!” I have to say some of these messages put out by the health and diet industry can be quite extreme and disempowering. I don’t know many people who can achieve real success if they’re always feeling guilty or like a failure. I know that these messages are intented to help people, but I believe the reverse to be true.
The answer is yes! And in today’s video I talk about my own experience of emotional eating, and what I did to counter it, and eventually set myself free of it!

Do you find thinking about healthy eating and losing weight only makes you crave junk food even more??!! The intention is there, but the constant planning, researching and thinking about food and diet can cause many people to binge, over eat and crave junk foods!!
