I understand where people are coming from when they think about doing a fast or cleanse after staying in a hospital, but I actually don’t recommend doing any fasting or cleanses until someone has fully recovered. In today’s video I go over my opinion on this matter and give other suggests for what people can do instead to get healthy right after being released from the hospital.

The intention is there, but the constant planning, researching and thinking about food and diet can cause many people to binge, over eat and crave junk foods!!
