We just completed this month’s Healthy Habits Challenge of drinking at least 6-8 cups of water! Here’s my results of drinking a lot of water this past month!
Recently I received a question asking which carbohydrate foods I recommend to somene who has issues metabolizing sugar properly like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), insulin resistance, sugar sensitivity, etc. Personally, what I find to be most important is first to get onto a super healthy diet eliminating all the processed food and junk food. After that, if need be, in today’s video I go over what other modifications and adjustments one can make to their already healthy diet to maintain balanced blood sugar levels.
Sometimes what we want isn’t always going to give us what we need. If you are in a rut, not getting the results you want, or find yourself always stuggling with the same thing, than maybe it’s time to do things differently. You might be surprised just how easy it is to achieve something by being open to trying something new!
What do I think of super low carb diets for women, and putting their body into ketosis? Here’s my opinion and a few suggestions to those that are already doing this type of diet or thinking about it.
