I recently received an email from someone asking if I did or changed anything in my diet or lifestyle to boost my fertility to get pregnant. As everyone knows, I’ve been on this health journey for a while and the impetus for doing so came from being diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in my 20s. Through big diet and lifestyle changes I was able to reverse the PCOS, regain my fertility, get super healthy, and go on to getting pregnant and giving birth to my daughter Luna Ray last year! Huge stuff! So yes, I did a lot to get to where I am now, and in today’s video I talk about that!!!
Fresh aloe vera gel is my number one go-to for most skin issues like pimples and acne, healing burns, softening and tightening the skin, etc.. Recently I’ve been experimenting with using fresh aloe vera gel as a full body mask and I’ve been getting phenomenal results (I’m talking super soft baby skin results!!!) So I definitely had to share this one with all of you! In today’s video I demonstrate how to extract the aloe vera gel from the plant, how to use it as a full body skin mask, and how often to use it to get the skin softening results.
