As everyone knows, I’ve been on this health journey for a while and the impetus for doing so came from being diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in my 20s. Through big diet and lifestyle changes I was able to reverse the PCOS, regain my fertility, get super healthy, and go on to getting pregnant and giving birth to my daughter Luna Ray last year!
