After living in Indonesia for the past 4 years, I recently visited Canada/North America for the first time in three years. In today’s video I share my impressions and observations as to what has changed in the realm of healthy eating and I talk a little bit of the advantages and disadvantaes of the food industry in Canada/North America compared to Indonesia/Southeast Asia.
Someone recently left a comment on one of my videos on YouTube if I felt lonely being a stay-at-home-mom and living so far away. I have to say since the person posted the question, it’s something I have been thinking a lot about…
In today’s video I show you how to make fresh coconut oil the traditional Indonesian way, this is how my mother-in-law makes it! A few years ago I did a video about why I moved to Bali (if you haven’t seen that video, you should, it’s quite a story!!!), and since making that video, I have received countless emails from people asking me all sorts of questions about moving abroad! So today’s video is all about answering those questions, and also sharing a bunch of tips and suggestions on how to prepare, plan and smoothly make the move.
Happy New Year!!! I am happy to be back making videos again for Radiance Central! To kick things off I’d like to Introduce my daughter Luna Ray and share our story of having a natural non-medicated water birth in Bali, Indonesia.
