Last month’s Healthy Habits Challenge was to drink a green juice a day for the month. Unfortunately, I had so much work to do for the upcoming launch of the NEW 7 Day Juice Fasting Program, I wasn’t as consistent as I wanted to be. I still want to do the Healthy Habits Challenge of drinking green juice daily for the month, so let’s do it again in June! If you already completed the Challenge in May, I’d love to hear your results!
Fiber is great, but it doesn’t have to be in everything! Green juices are full of nutrition, and without the fiber, it’s much easier for your body to absorb it!
