Many doctors and natural health care practitioners recommend psyllium husk powder as a fiber supplement for those that have IBS, chronic constipation or diarrhea, which in my opinion may or may not help! In today’s video I go over this, plus give some suggestions for those that want to try a fiber supplement, whether it be psyllium husk powder or something else like chia seeds or freshly ground flax seed powder, I talk about what is available and how to take it.
