Through big diet and lifestyle changes I was able to reverse the PCOS, regain my fertility, get super healthy, and go on to getting pregnant and giving birth to my daughter Luna Ray last year! Huge stuff! So yes, I did a lot to get to where I am now, and in today’s video I talk about that!!!
