I love exercise! And ever since my daughter Luna Ray was born I have had to figure out a new way to get my workouts in. Over the last 3 months I have been doing an experiment of reducing my exercise time from 60-90 minutes, to 20-30 minutes, daily! In today’s video I talk about this experiment, plus what workouts I have been doing, and the effects of doing much shorter workouts!

I wish there was an overnight remedy, but cellulite is one of those things that if you want to get rid of it, you have to commit to making permanent changes and adjustments to your diet, lifestyle, exercise and skin care routine.
