Last week I did a video giving suggestions for IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Someone posted a question about my opinion of psyllium husk powder. Many doctors and natural health care practitioners recommend psyllium husk powder as a fiber supplement for those that have IBS, chronic constipation or diarrhea, which in my opinion may or may not help!
