In today’s video I go over what my daily diet is like and how things have changed since before I was pregnant.
I recently received an email from someone asking if I did or changed anything in my diet or lifestyle to boost my fertility to get pregnant. As everyone knows, I’ve been on this health journey for a while and the impetus for doing so came from being diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in my 20s. Through big diet and lifestyle changes I was able to reverse the PCOS, regain my fertility, get super healthy, and go on to getting pregnant and giving birth to my daughter Luna Ray last year! Huge stuff! So yes, I did a lot to get to where I am now, and in today’s video I talk about that!!!
In celebration of my daughter Luna Ray turning 5 months, I’ve put together a video demo of my Healthy No-Bake Lactation Cookies recipe, plus at the end of the video I’ve included some video clips of Luna Ray and an update on how she’s doing (over the past month she’s starting to learn how to crawl and just last week two of her bottom teeth came in!!!)
