I don’t think the rules of food combining work for everyone. For myself, I don’t follow them because I find it to be quite detrimental on my blood sugar and energy levels. Depending where someone is at on their health journey, what their diet is currently like, and their health history, food combining can work for some, and not work for others. Here’s my opinion!

There are few ‘myths’ floating around natural health circles that bother me, one being that morning sickness is a result of being too toxic. Over the years I’ve heard people say this and when I was pregnant and had morning sickness throughout my entire pregnancy, I received emails and comments from people telling me I must be very toxic to be having so much morning sickness and for so long! Do I agree with this view, no, not at all, and in today’s video I discuss why and what I believe can be the contributing factors that can cause morning sickness and some of the things one can do to eliminate it or decrease it.
In the alternative health/natural health community, Candida is rampant! Do I think all these people have Candida, not everyone, no! In fact sadly, I believe many are being misdiagnosed and their symptoms of other issues are being overlooked. Candida has become a blanket diagnosis for just about everything and it’s important for people to educate themselves as to what Candida really is and perhaps too, get a second opinion to know for sure.
