I love exercise! And ever since my daughter Luna Ray was born I have had to figure out a new way to get my workouts in. Over the last 3 months I have been doing an experiment of reducing my exercise time from 60-90 minutes, to 20-30 minutes, daily! In today’s video I talk about this experiment, plus what workouts I have been doing, and the effects of doing much shorter workouts!
