Someone posted a question asking if it was better to have a smoothie or blended drink with the fiber left in instead of having a pressed juice that has the fiber removed? Great question! And a question I am regularly asked! So in today’s video I address this question, plus explain the benefits and differences between the two, and how these drinks can benefit one’s health.
