I Did Terribly On Last Month’s Healthy Habits Challenge, Let’s Do It Again!

Let’s continue with last month’s Healthy Habits Challenge:

1 Green Juice per day for the month of June!

In April I launched the Healthy Habits series where every month we choose one healthy habit to do every day for the entire month.

The Healthy Habits Challenge for the month of May was to drink one green juice a day for the entire month. It’s now the end of May, and I’m here to report that I didn’t do so great on the Challenge!

Because this past month I’ve been working so hard getting ready for the upcoming launch of the NEW 7 Day Juice Fasting Program, a lot of the other things I was planning to do had to be put a side, including drinking my green juices every day. I thought since I was already creating 50 juice recipes for the upcoming NEW 7 Day Juice Fasting Program, drinking green juice every day for the month would be easy (and a perfect time to get back into the habit of having my daily green juices). But unfortunately I would do really well for a week or so, and then get fully immersed in work and fall off the green juices for a few days, and then get back on. I wasn’t as consistent as I wanted to be (I’m a total perfectionist). So rather than doing it “so-so,” I want to put my all into it again.

I had such great results from doing the April Healthy Habits Challenge of drinking 2-3 litres of water a day, that I was really excited to see what will happen with the green juice challenge. I also found since doing the Healthy Habits Challenge of drinking an abundant amount of water every day, I’ve been continuing to do it, so I wanted to get the green juices integrated back into my daily routine as well.

So, if you don’t mind, can we do the green juice challenge again for the month of June? 1 green juice a day for the entire month!

Green juices are so healing and packed with nutrition, I already know the amazing results we can get from drinking them every day, that I want to get back into it and do it well!
