I’m Not A Morning Person, But This Works! Ep153

I’ve always had a hard time waking up early in the morning, and since having my daughter Luna Ray, I don’t have a choice, she loves waking up early!! Over the past 2-3 months I’ve been experimenting with different things to help me wake up early and be more rested, alert, energetic, and more of a morning person. Today I share the one and only thing that has been working really well for me!!!

  1. This sounds like the 5-2 Fast Diet.

    My work pattern actually makes me eat around 3pm so I make this my main meal.

  2. Natasha,you must be psychic : ) I’ve been struggling with this for a while, and now that it gets dark at 4pm the days are so much shorter! I’ve always eaten dinner between 7 and 9pm, but I’m going to try this and move it to 5ish. It makes sense, and I’ll let you know how it works.
