Someone asked me what is better for your health and weight – having mini meals 6 times a day or 1-2 large meals a day? In today’s video I go over the pros and cons of both types of eating styles and what I would recommend for those trying to lose weight or gain weight, have digestive issues, and even teeth issues which might be a result of how much you are eating!!
