Over the years I have received quite a few requests for me to share my opinion of the 80/10/10 Diet by Doug Graham. Years ago when I was on an exclusively raw vegan diet I experimented with the 80/10/10 Diet a few times while I was living in Montreal, Canada and while travelling in Thailand. I personally need more fats and protein in my diet, I don’t do well on a super high carb diet whether it’s cooked food or raw foods, but as a health coach I’ve worked with people who do really well on a high carbohydrate diet– everyone’s different! So in today’s video I go over my opinion and experience of experimenting with the 80/10/10 Diet and what I’ve see work and not work for others.
