Do You Dread Mondays? Ep112

I love Mondays!! Monday is actually my favourite day of the week! It wasn’t always like this, in fact there was a time in my life where I hated Mondays so much I would be depressed all Sundays and sometimes even the entire weekends in anticipation for the Mondays to come (yes, that bad!). Recently I received an email from someone requesting that I talk about what I do to love Mondays, any advice for those that suffer the “Sunday Blues” and dread Mondays.   1. Hi Could you please explain to me, as i thought a raw vegan diet is no meat at all, yet your 7day whole food challenge includes meat. Please help me understand this. Thanks

    1. Hi Mary,
      Yes the 7 Day Whole Food Challenge does include meat and animal products (and can be modified into a vegan or vegetarian version). The 7 Day Whole Food Challenge also includes both cooked and raw foods as well. The 7 Day Raw Food Challenge is 100% raw vegan. These are two different programs.
      Hope this clears up any confusion!
