This is one of my favourite breakfast smoothies!!
Creamy Cranberry & Blueberry Smoothie (makes 1 Cup)
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/3 Cup Cranberries
1/2 Cup Fresh Coconut Water
Coconut meat from half a young coconut
1/4 Cup Organic Plain Yogurt*
1 Tbsp Raw Honey*
*(vegans can substitute the yogurt and honey with a banana and 2-3 dates)
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
