Get Morning Energy Without The Coffee! Ep71

I recently received a request to talk about how to have more energy in the morning without coffee. For many people giving up coffee is quite daunting, they can hardly imagine what their morning would be like, let alone their day! One bit of reassurance I can give anyone in this situation is it’s not as bad as you think, in fact after a few days of being caffeine-free you might notice your mood is much better than it was before, energy levels are good, and overall you feel more balanced without the caffeine highs and lows. One thing I think about was when I was a kid, back then I certainly didn’t drink coffee, and every morning (especially weekend mornings), I would jump out of bed, excited for the day! I didn’t need coffee to get me up and going!! So perhaps it’s not really about the coffee or caffeine at all, maybe it’s more about renewing our lives and spirit to be excited for what the day will bring, perhaps it’s bringing more activity into one’s morning routine, perhaps it’s about getting healthy again like when you were a kid…
