Tahini Salad Dressing Recipe, Ep48

This is my husband Gedé’s favourite salad dressing! What I love about this recipe is you can make a big quantity and store it in the fridge for at least 2 weeks, and then whenever you want a salad the dressing is already made, and super yummy!!

Tahini Salad Dressing: (makes 1.5 Cups)

1/4 Cup Tahini

1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (Raw, Unpasteurized)

1/4 Cup Tamari

1/2 Cup Water

1/2 Lemon (juice of)

1/4 Cup Red Onion (chopped)

2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)


– Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

– Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, shake well before using.

This salad dressing is GREAT as a dressing for a shredded cabbage salad (use both white & purple cabbage!), or as a dressing for a kale salad (use curly kale- discard inner spine/stem of kale and chop the greens of the kale for the salad).
