Coconut Lime Deodorant Recipe, Ep41

Here is a fantastic, non-toxic, easy recipe for a natural deodorant that is effective and simple!

Coconut Lime Natural Deodorant

3 Tbsp Coconut Oil (Extra Virgin, Cold Pressed, Organic)

2 Tbsp Baking Soda (Aluminum-free, you can buy it at a health food store)

6 Drops Lime Essential Oil (I recommend Living Libations Essential Oils)

1 Small glass jar with lid to store the deodorant
– Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well into a paste.

– Store deodorant in a glass jar in the bathroom (doesn’t need to be refrigerated).

* You can always use a different essential oil to your liking (lavender, jasmine, peppermint, vanilla, etc..).

  1. Hi Natasha,
Wonderful inspiration. I will definetly try this out.

I had another question. Do you have a good tip on a simple moituring routine for the body? I tried pure coconut oil just after finishing with the shower but it does not absorb very well and might get onto the clothes, etc. Any suggestions would be great because now in cold winter climate my skin is very dry after taking a shower.
Thank you again for your continious inspiration!
    Best wishes,
    Sarah

      1. Hi Natasha,

wow that is fantastic. Many thanks for your effort and taking the time. I and my skin 😉 really appreciate this.

Lots of good wishes from snowy cold Rotterdam,
        Sarah

  2. Thanks for this recipe.
Do you have any advice for removing blackheads? My skin is generally clean, but blackheads are something I cannot efficiently get rid off, even for a short period of time. I would appreciate any advice.

    Thanks!

  3. I clicked on the link that was provided for the essential oil and my virus scanner blocked it because of malware threat 🙁
I’ll check back another time, maybe the problem will be corrected…it looked like a nice website:)
