"The results have been amazing"


I contacted Natasha at the beginning of 2010 about my acne. I had not left the house without make up since I was fifteen (ten years ago!) because I had quite bad acne and pigmentation scarring.

I had tried so many different things including taking the pill, antibiotics and topical lotions prescribed by my doctor, occasionally this would cause my skin to clear temporarily but the problem would always return. In addition, these would cause various unpleasant side effects. At a UK size 10, I was slim so losing weight was not a goal and I did not have any serious health problems except once a month I would get a bad pain along my right thigh. I contacted Natasha and gave her a run down of what I wanted to achieve and what my diet currently involved. She detailed what to eat and what not to eat, some of which seemed a little daunting (cutting out fried food which I love for example!) but I followed her advice regarding diet, exercise and what not to put on my skin.

The results have been amazing and I can honestly say I have not looked like this since I was 15! My skin cleared up completely and I regularly leave the house without make up, I no longer have any pain in my leg and I have also gone down two dress sizes (from a UK size 10 to a UK size 6) without even trying! I did not give up everything Natasha suggested but her advice showed me what foods make my body react in a certain way and by process of elimination I know that for me particularly, sugar (refined in chocolate, fizzy drinks, cakes etc.) gives me acne while drinking lots of water, cleansing with Aloe Vera and lots of exercise get rid of it. I also started eating more nuts and pulses and while I initially did not give up fried food, after a few months I found my body started to crave healthier things and fried food no longer appealed to me.

I can honestly say I did not go on drastic diet and am too busy to juice fast or completely re-work my lifestyle and Natasha took this into consideration and the results are amazing. I would say it took a few weeks to see the difference in my skin and the weight was lost over a period of three months but the difference is really unbelievable! Thanks Natasha!

How the Coaching works:

You can purchase one coaching session or a package of 4 or 6 coaching sessions.

Each coaching session is 1 hour over the telephone or on Skype. (I can call you anywhere in the world with no additional long distance fees or charges).


One Coaching Session


When you sign-up for one coaching session, you will receive a Health History Form to fill out, as well as guidelines to keep a food journal for at least 3 days before our appointment. Both the food journal and Health History Form should be emailed to me at least 24 hours before our call.

During the coaching session, we’ll go over your health history, current diet and food journal, what’s working for you and what’s not, your goals, and challenges.

As we’re discussing your diet, health challenges, and goals, I will give you personalized dietary suggestions and guidelines to follow. These guidelines consist of adjustments and modifications to your current diet, including what foods need to be taken out, what foods needs to be added in, how much, and other suggestions and recommendations.

Depending on your goals, we might also discuss your lifestyle, fitness routine, skin care, stress-reduction, occupational fulfillment, family life, relationships, self-esteem, and other topics relating to your health issues and goals.

By the end of the coaching call, you will have a clear action plan as to how to get started on improving your diet and lifestyle. You will know exactly what foods you need to add in, what to take out of your diet, and how to go about achieving your goals. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and strategy motivating you to get started, and make things happen.

Usually within 3 days of the coaching session, you will receive a follow-up email from me containing a written summary of all the action steps we discussed over the coaching call.

You are always welcome to purchase additional coaching sessions after the first coaching call. If you like, we can talk further about this at the end of our coaching call, or later on you can go ahead and purchase more sessions.


A Package Of 4 Or 6 Coaching Sessions


When you sign-up for the package of coaching sessions, you will receive a Health History Form to fill out, as well as guidelines to keep a food journal for at least 3 days before our first appointment. Both the food journal and Health History Form should be emailed to me at least 24 hours before our first call.

We’ll be having a one-hour telephone coaching session every two weeks.

The first coaching session we’ll discuss your health history, food journal and eating habits, past diets, goals, and challenges. We’ll also discuss your lifestyle and how other areas of your life can be, or has been interfering with your progress and reaching your goals.

Depending on your goals, we might also discuss your lifestyle, fitness routine, skin care, stress-reduction, occupational fulfillment, family life, relationships, self-esteem, and other topics relating to your health issues and goals.

At the end of the first coaching session I will give you a handful of dietary and lifestyle suggestions and guidelines to get started with and to follow for the two weeks leading up to the second appointment. Usually within 3 days of the first coaching session, you will receive a follow-up email from me containing a written summary of the action steps we discussed.

During the two weeks between appointments, you will continue keeping a food journal, and email it to me every Sunday (this will help to keep you accountable). If you are seeking coaching for weight loss, you can also do a weekly weigh-in and take your measurements, and include it with your food journal.

The second coaching session we’ll discuss your food journal, how easy or difficult it was to follow the dietary guidelines and recommendations I gave you, and what challenges arose, if any. We’ll then discuss your goals further, and I will give you more dietary and lifestyle suggestions and modifications to follow. Within three days of that appointment, you’ll receive another email from me with the written summary of action steps.

For the duration of the coaching package, we’ll continue with this same format of speaking every two weeks, and you keeping a food journal and emailing it to me every Sunday. At every coaching session I will continue to make more changes and adjustments to your diet, and after every appointment, I will email you a written summery of the action steps we discussed.

We’ll be working together over the course of at least two to three months making personalized changes and adjustments to your diet and lifestyle. You will have a very clear plan on how to achieve your goals, and naturally, you'll be integrating healthier diet choices and habits into your daily life.

How to set-up an appointment, and prepare for the first coaching call:

Once you’ve purchased the coaching session or package, email me at coaching@radiancecentral.com

- In the subject line, write: Telephone Coaching
- Write a brief paragraph introducing yourself and your goals. Also indicate the times and dates you are available for the first coaching call, plus where you are located so I can coordinate the time zones for the appointment.

Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email from me, and we’ll set up your first appointment.

You will also receive an email from me that will include:
- A Health History form for you to fill out and return to me.
- Instructions on keeping a food journal before our first call.

I ask all my new coaching clients to fill out a Health History Form and keep a food journal for at least 3 days before our first appointment. The food journal is a fundamental part of the coaching. In order for me to help you with your diet, I need to know what you are eating and drinking! So don’t change anything in your diet, and don’t leave anything out of the food journal either (the more I know what you are eating and drinking, your cravings, habits, patterns, food preferences, etc., the more I can help!). Both the food journal and Health History form should be emailed to me at least 24 hours before our first appointment.
