  2. Natasha, you really laid out such a truth here, that one needs to enjoy the process and not dwell on things in the past one might not have done perfectly. I am going through this process for quite some time now, falling back and off and hopping on again and concentrating on the small steps. And that keeps me going. No big results here but the first four pounds are off for good and I feel like I can enjoy food and exercise again. And that in itself is a big deal!
