  1. Hi Natasha! So glad to see another recipe from you! This one looked so delicious I had to immediately try it. IT’S AWESOME! They taste just like dunkin donut munchkins with none of the guilt! And you’re right, I’m completely satisfied after 2 of these, which is great. I gotta try it with the chilli next time.

My only issue was trying to blend the ingredients to a somewhat smooth consistency. My blender doesn’t do non-liquidy consistencies well at all, and once the dates got mixed in, everything just kept getting stuck on the blades and jamming the blender. Do you have any advice on how to deal with this?

Thank you So much for all your amazing recipes, they make my life so much easier, healthier, and tastier!

    1. I always add really small amounts of water at a time if needed. So you could start with, for example, one tablespoon of water and work your way up after each blending attempt as well as scarping down the sides of the blender. If you have a smaller blender like the magic bullet, this might a little less of an issue. I hope this helps!

  2. Hi Natasha! I just made these dessert balls and they are very delicious! My seven year old daughter loves them too. I made one batch with chia seeds and sunflower seeds and another with flax seeds and cashew nuts. I cant wait to share these with friends and family! Thank you for the recipe! 🙂
